Pleasant Places Training Academy is licensed under the Qualified Applied Behaviour Analysis Board to provide coursework training across the 3 tiers of certification: Applied Behaviour Analysis Technician, Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor, Qualified Behaviour Analyst

The Applied Behaviour Analyst Technician Coursework is an entry level intervention program for interventionists who serve as a direct one-to-one instructor. They are under the supervision of a QASP-S (mid-tier interventionist) and/or QBA or other master’s level or above licensed or credential professsional. Upon registration, this course must be completed within a month.

The Qualified Autism Services Practitioner-Supervisor coursework is a mid-tier interventionist program for mid-tier interventionists who serve as experienced instructors and may also provide training to staff/families, monitor the progress of goals and objectives through data collection and review, and supervise entry-levevl staff under the supervision of a professional who holds a license or credential within the scope of the applied behaviour analysis(ABA) and Autism SPectrum Disorder (ASD).

The Qualified Behaviour Analyst Coursework is a mastery level program for senior tier interventionists who provide ABA program overesight, supervision, assessment, analysis of data, goal development and other aspects of treatment and ethical integrity. The 270hrs coursework spans a duraetion of 12 months (4 semesters).
